Doctors’ Perspectives of COVID Testing

In this clip, the doctors who identified COVID-19 in the U.S. discuss their experiences with running Husky Testing during the 2020-2021. Amid supply shortages, they had to be creative and find new ways to provide testing for the community. Interestingly, they shared a doctor’s perspective of what it took to switch from providing testing locations to developing at-home testing kits.

I remember being on the phone with the FDA and them being like, ‘they’re gonna stab themselves in the brain!’ and we’re like, ‘no, they wont.’
