Isolation Became the Default

In this clip, grad students talk about the “disciplined” isolation they faced. It had both challenges and benefits. When being alone was the only option, they got used it so much that it became the default.

I didn’t really work from home that much before the pandemic. And now working from home is like my personal default which I don’t know if that’s good or bad.
