Listen as a Black man police officer shares how working from home has provided him much needed rest. Being able to spend a couple days at home a week to tend to his garden or rest is like a vacation for him. He reflects that working from home might change the dynamics of offices in the future because they might find that their employees are more productive as a result of working from home. In his case, working from home provided him with a much-needed moment to step away from projects in order to come back even stronger.
Cause if I was still working… in our programs and everything played out the way it did, it would be incredibly overwhelming. I know for me personally something would have to give.
