As the leader of an organization, she reflects on how little support she receives and how much of a difference it would make if she did. For her, support comes in different forms and is rooted in kindness and lending a helping hand. Her philosophy is rooted in community care and ensuring that the community is collectively uplifting because everyone is offering their kindness. She recalls these lyrics to summarize her point:
