Constant Changes and Disconnections in Seattle

In this clip, a visitor to the Northwest African American Museum on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2024 talks about the lack of community in Seattle compared to other places he’s lived. He particularly talks about the passive aggressiveness and covert racism of Seattle, versus the outrightness of other places.

I feel like it’s constantly changing. There’s not really like a community of Seattle outside of just people who can, like afford to stay.
