In this clip, two professors discuss how they dealt with COVID grief in the face of glibness from those whose lives didn’t seem touched by COVID loss. They felt pressure to share their traumas, and they also talk about how some colleagues checked out, leaving women of color faculty to bear the brunt of the invisible emotional labor on campus.
