Difficulty Concentrating During Virtual Classes

In this clip, a UW student discusses the difficulty she had with virtual learning. She recalls how distracting it was to be on camera and how challenging it was to focus when everyone’s camera was off. It took a toll on her learning and she even recalls an incident where the virtual learning took its toll on her laptop too because it overheated and crashed in the middle of the quarter.

I feel like I need a lot of input when I speak to professors in person and even when I’m in lecture. I am the kind of person that needs to feel that connection of a person and look at them and it makes me be more focused.
