Segregation, Classism, and Home

In this audio, a Black man describes what home has become for him in Seattle. He has lived and worked in different areas of Seattle and only in the Central District (CD) did he feel welcomed and warm. He observes that while the CD is part of the Seattle community it often feels like an afterthought to the rest of the city; it isn’t a respected priority of the city community and a lot of it has to do with segregation and classism.
