\u201cWe can\u2019t just do business as usual in the academy..Institutions like ours know that they have to continue to make the case that they\u2019re needed, that there\u2019s something they provide that is of value to the real world\u2026All of that is part of what we\u2019re trying to figure out especially with young students, including students of color, who are trying to figure out how to be in the academy, but do it, to your point earlier, do it in a way that\u2019s much more holistic\u2026If we can figure out a way to do that well, not only will we hail different kinds of students to this place, they\u2019ll also be healthier while they\u2019re here. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
