Before the pandemic, they both worked on technical systems research, but the pandemic made them focus on qualitative research, which helped them realize the importance of the research process and the human connections. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>I need to think of a better way to do that because I&#8217;m going to expose people to all these negative consequences for microaggressions or whatnot.\u00a0And I&#8217;m just like, &#8220;OK, good. Thank you. Here&#8217;s your $100.00 gift card.
