They notice that although some companies try to get employees to return in person, virtual and hybrid options are more the norm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>The workforce of somebody that interned in person before the pandemic and interned during the pandemic is so different.
