One staff member describes how they used the world-building video game, Animal Crossing, as an escape from reality. They reflect on the extent to which the game was helpful or harmful in different ways in the sense that it facilitated distraction but also unhealthy escapism. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Stories are a way in which we naturally seek connection or find connection.
