She explains how important it is to her to connect with the people she works with by building relationships and learning everyone&#8217;s name. During the pandemic she had to be creative because those relationships were difficult to build over zoom but she put in the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>It&#8217;s their lane. I don&#8217;t need to know everything that&#8217;s happening there. I don&#8217;t need to be consulted on every decision.
