For instance, she decided not to have meetings on Fridays and curtail some of the work that the Graduate school was trying to do to make life easier for everyone. She proudly shares that &#8220;no big balls were dropped.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>I knew everybody was struggling. I wasn&#8217;t the only one who had stuff&#8230;the staff was able to maintain, we didn&#8217;t have to slow down.
