Their positions as leaders and mothers required them to exude strength and stability in every aspect of their lives. They talk about what it looks like for them to be emotional at work and how they gauge what parts of their lives they share with others and each other. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>I can share this much. I have to share a little bit because you have to see me as human but there is danger in me sharing too much.
