She found ways to encourage people use the chat in zoom to talk with one another, she implemented games such as two truths and a lie as well as a joke telling segment of meetings all to add some levity. Her leadership is one that isn&#8217;t top-down but more about encouraging community which was especially important during the pandemic when everyone was isolated and being connected with each other helped everyone feel human again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>You can&#8217;t build camaraderie when one person is talking at you.
