She describes that the layers of gentrification in the CD are complex especially when considering how the Black community that once populated the neighborhood has dispersed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>There&#8217;s a lot of pieces, there&#8217;s a lot of layers to it. And it&#8217;s not just one simple answer.
