One of the men describes how he has approached conversations at his company because he is the driving force behind their BLM response. He shares that he has facilitated realization by talking about his male privilege and what that looks like and how it is similar and dissimilar to racial privilege. The other man shares that he&#8217;ll start talking to his white friends about this more and when they came to realize <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>I think for the vast majority of them it was like two weeks ago. I&#8217;m dead serious.
