Professors Became More Human

In this clip, a UW student shares how the pandemic caused her to see a different side of her professors. Before the pandemic, she recalls how boundaries were very clear with professors because all she saw them as were instructors. When everything moved online and she saw her professors as parents with children or caretakers in their homes or as being vulnerable struggling with the pandemic, she started seeing her professors in a different light because she saw different glimpses of their lives.

When the pandemic started, everything kind of blended because everything went virtual everybody was at home…
