Listen as a UW student discusses how he navigated and improved his mental health after the pandemic. During the pandemic he experienced a lot of burnout and stress which hindered his ability to be a student. As the pandemic has slowly ended and things are back in person, he has been able to decompress and find excitement in school and learning.

I’m a lot more engaged, I’m always raising my hand in class, I’m meeting people, I’m having great conversations with my professors. I wasn’t able to do that online.
