I Became a Whole Different Person Than I Was in 2020

In this clip, a graduate student share how the pandemic has changed them. Being forced to stay inside and isolated during the pandemic gave them time to confront their mental health and grapple with the challenges of being extroverted and forced into introversion. Additionally, as a Black person in the U.S. they struggled with the dual pandemics after George Floyd was murdered and had to face the country’s racial reckoning from home.
