Leaders Like You

Listen as a young boy shares his excitement at receiving a letter from Kamala Harris after writing to advocate for people experiencing homelessness in a park nearby his home. He describes how he decided to write the letter in order to help get housing for the people experiencing homelessness and also because he wanted to be able to play in his park again because the school park was closed.

It was super cool because I wrote her a letter and then she wrote me back a letter… and she said ‘We need leaders like you.’
